Life and Protection LTD. was founded in 2021 by Ziv Sasports (42) and Timur Lev (42) who met when they worked in direct insurance as employees starting in 2003.
Timor
He began his work in direct insurance in the sales department and over the course of 17 years gained knowledge and achievements in various fields in the company, including: savings, health and life.
He made sure to improve and apply the knowledge and practice in the company he founded.
Ziv
He began his work in direct insurance in 2004 and joined Timur in the elementary sector.
Between 2004 and 2009, Ziv led the company's sales charts in the field of car and apartment insurance marketing.
From 2009 onwards, Ziv held key positions in the leading companies:
Psagot Investment House - 3 years as manager of corporate/private portfolios, trading room and pension.
AIG - Manager of field teams in the field of health and life.
The Phoenix - manager of insurance agency portfolios, upgrading the company's products, training new employees and business development in the company.
2017 - "Assurance Insurance Agencies" - position of CEO of the company.
2020 - "Insurance agency pre-cluster" - independent agent in the position of insurance, financial and pension risk management center

Timor and his wife Adi had a son, Harel, who was diagnosed with Down syndrome from birth.
The couple had to face and fight against the authorities and the bureaucracy in order to get the rights they deserve according to the law
During their struggle, the couple came to a law firm specializing in the field of rights, and as a result of the cooperation they were able to receive and exercise many rights that they were not aware of at all. It is worth noting that the authorities in Israel do not bother to publicize and support the families, who are also going through a difficult journey, and if you do not demand what you are entitled to according to the law, no one will initiate an appeal on your behalf
Following the incident, Timor and Ziv recognized the need to represent and inform many citizens who fell through the cracks, and developed a letter of service that protects you, the citizen, and guarantees that you will receive everything you deserve from the authorities in the event of an accident, illness, nursing care, and any trouble that may arise
